QC Arbor Care LLC – Terms & Conditions Effective

These Terms & Conditions are designed to clearly explain our policies while keeping the customer experience straightforward, transparent, and professional.
Services
QC Arbor Care LLC provides professional tree removal, pruning, trimming, hazard mitigation, storm cleanup, crane removals, rigging operations, and related tree care services.
Estimates
Most residential estimates are provided free of charge. Additional consultation fees may apply for extensive estimate requests, insurance-only quote requests, or projects requiring significant travel or planning time.
Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Vehicles, pets, and obstacles should be moved prior to arrival when possible.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. Commercial projects may be subject to alternate payment terms.
Cancellations
We request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Emergency weather conditions may require scheduling changes for safety reasons.
Safety & Site Conditions
QC Arbor Care LLC reserves the right to postpone or modify work when unsafe conditions exist, including severe weather, electrical hazards, unstable trees, or unsafe access conditions.
Tree Work Risks
Trees are living organisms and hidden defects or decay may exist. While every effort is made to perform work safely and professionally, certain risks are inherent to tree care operations.
Cleanup
Cleanup is performed according to the written scope of work. Minor sawdust, wood chips, or lawn impressions may remain depending on equipment access and site conditions.
SMS Communications
By contacting QC Arbor Care LLC or opting into SMS communications, customers may receive appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, scheduling notices, and customer support messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
